Q: What do I have to do?
A: Just email your postal address to us and we will send you a property details form to complete and send back along with photographs that you want to use. (These can be via email or on a cd)
Q: How much will this cost me?
A: Once we have received all of your details your property will then be put straight onto our site and only then you will be invoiced for a one off £250 (+ VAT) administration fee.
Q: How long will my property be on the site?
A: We will advertise your property until either it is sold or you decide to remove it. There are no extra costs incurred for removing it although should you remove it and then at a later date decide to readvertise with us at a later date then we will charge you as if you are a new customer.
